I'm a hands-in-the-dirt kind of girl. Thirtysome years ago, I stumbled into the world of environmental education and never looked back.
Even though I spent my entire career as an educator at non-profits, I always dreamed of working for myself.
About 13 years ago, I finally got the courage to take the leap and start my own farm-education business.
And I gotta tell you, it's been amazing!
As my business, Bring the Farm to You® has grown, so have the requests for help - people asking how to start or expand their own farm-education programs.
And that's where the Farm Educator's Roadmap began - to answer that call from other current or future educators on how to create and build programs to serve their community.
